2/21/26 1:45pm- Possibility for delayed start for Monday Operations. Check back regularly for updates and start times.
2/22/26 9:45am- We are preparring for the likeliness of remaining closed Monday. We will update again around 5:30 tonight and throughout the day tomorrow. Thank you.
2/22/26 2:25pm- Operations will be closed for Monday 2/23. Full operations will be worked on Saturday, 2/28
2/23/26 6pm - Operations schedule will be posted following the travel ban lift. Please continue to check back for updates.
2/23/26 6:30pm- Operations will remain closed on Tuesday 2/24/26. We anticapate normal shift schedules for Wednesday.
2/24/26 - 2:30pm- Operations will be open for Wednesday 2/25. For those normally scheduled before 8:30am, please report in at 8:30, provided you are able to do so. Please do not report in in prior to this. There is still some clean up to be done at the entryways. For those who are scehduled after 8:30, please report at your regular scheduled time, provided you are able to do so.
Jefferson Park Rd. is in better condition than Onset St. so you may consider using that road and cutting through the parking lot next door. Elm St has not yet been plowed.
2/24/26 5:pm- If your are regularly scheduled off during the week, and are able and available to contribute to operations, you are encouraged and approved to report in. Thank you.

The Technology
Especially with today’s digital lens designs, having the right technology in-house is very important. McLeod has made the necessary investment in lab technologies, edging, and finishing equipment necessary to deliver the very best products to our clients. We are automated where it makes sense and we have stayed “hands on” when appropriate.
The People
Even with all the advances made in lab equipment technology, it is the individual operators of that equipment that allow us to take maximum advantage of the benefits of that technology. We are most proud of our people and the expertise they bring to our lab. We have several lab employees that have decades of experience with McLeod and have had the sons and daughters of employees come to work with us also. This depth of experience is then transferred out to other employees to maintain a wealth of knowledge that few labs have ever achieved.
